Rally for Nashamukti

A Rally was organised by COER medical college of Ayurveda and hospital in village Tharoli on 10th December 2024 in which faculty members, students and hospital staff were present. Aim of the rally was to create awareness about Nashamukti in villagers.

International Conference on Preventive oncology & Ayurvedic perspective

An International conference was organized at Shivalik institute of Ayurved & research, Dehradun on 28-29th November 2024. Dr.Nikita, Dr. Nrapendra, Dr.Pragya, Dr.Vishakha, Dr. Kainat, Dr.Gaurav, Dr. Vikas, Dr.Deepa and Dr. Archana along with RMO’s and BAMS students attented the conference.

Free medical camp

Guest lecture and workshop on Agnikarma

CMCAH organized a Guest lecture for students on November 19th, 2024, featuring Vd. Uday Talhar as the guest speaker. Dr. Shrivastava, a renowned Agnikarma specialist and practicing at Jalgaon since 31 years, provided guidance on the importance of Agnikarma uses in day-to-day practice. All faculties, staff and students were present for this lecture. Live demonstration of Agnikarma was done on patients.

Amritkalpa 2.0 Conference

A National conference was organized at Parmarth Niketan Ashram,Rishikesh on 16-17th November 2024 by Ayurgange organization. Dr.Anurita, Dr.Nikita, Dr.Dheeraj, Dr. Nrapendra, Dr.Pragya, Dr.Vishakha, Dr. Kainat, Dr.Saurabh, Dr.Ramraj and Dr. Archana attented the conference. Students and RMO’s also present for the conference.

Social Work

A visit was organised by COER medical college of Ayurveda and hospital in Matranchal academy which is a female orphanage on 10th October 2024. Dr.Parul, Dr.Anjali, Dr.Viragi and students visited this place. In this visit, Dr.Parul educated students about Hand washing techniques and importance of cleanliness in life. Dr. Anjali shared the information about Menstrual cycle and hygiene techniques. Dr. Vairagi tought them about Yoga importance and also practical demonstration of it.

Freedom fighters efforts, independence, situation after independence, the memories of pain and sufferings during Indo-Pak division were recreated through this speech.

Sanskrit Day Celebration at CMCAH

COER Medical college of Ayurveda and Hospital organised Sanskrit Day From 10th August -17th August 2024 in which we arranged different competition like Speech competition, Kavya Path (Poem) competition, Essay Competition, Shlock Uccharan Competition for students. All faculties motivated the students by their presence. Dr. Deepak Prasad Rathuri co ordinated this event.

Webinar on anatomy of nervous system

CMCAH organized a webinar on the anatomy of the nervous system on April 9th, 2024, with guest speaker Dr. Nirali Patel, MD in Radiodiagnostics. Dr. Parul served as the coordinator for the session. During the webinar, students gained insight into the anatomy of various parts of the brain, spinal cord, and cranial nerves, along with their respective functions.

Guest lecture on Cardiac arrest

CMCAH organized a Guest lecture for students on March 30th, 2024, featuring Dr. Pankaj Shrivastava as the guest speaker. Dr. Shrivastava, a renowned chief cardiac surgeon and chairperson at Charak Heart Institute, provided guidance on the important topic of cardiac arrest, focusing on its diagnosis, prevention, and primary treatment in day-to-day practice.

Workshop on Basic life support at AIIMS,Rishikesh.

The workshop on basic and advanced life support held at AIIMS, Rishikesh, on March 15th, 2024, must have been a fantastic learning opportunity for the students of CMCAH. Our faculties Dr. Mudit, Dr. Kainat, and Dr. Ayesha also attended this workshop along with students. Such workshops play a pivotal role in equipping students with essential life-saving skills and knowledge.

Herbal medicines: adulteration quality norms and standardization workshop

CMCAH students attended a one-day workshop on herbal medicines, focusing on adulteration, quality norms, and standardization, guided by Dr. Dhiraj and Dr. Parul, held at Patanjali on February 27th, 2024. During the workshop, students gained practical understanding of the adulteration process and learned measures to prevent food adulteration.

MOU with SDM college, Hassan

COER medical college of Ayurveda & hospital and SDM college of Ayurveda & Hospital, Hassan signed an MOU on 22 December 2023 to exchange academic values, education and hospital specialties. Chyawanprash was prepared by students on 21st December 2023 under the guidance of Dr. Sudarshan Kumar Thakur, Dr. Sanjeev Singh and Dr. Himanshu Sharma in Rasa shastra Department.

Free medical camp in Roorkee

On 18-20 November, 2023, a medical camp was organized in GIC inter college Roorkee by COER Hospital. The aim of this camp was to provide healthcare services to the students who participated in science exhibition, came from different parts of Uttarakhand. COER Medical college of Ayurveda and Hospital organized an Rangoli competition on 8th November 2023 on the occasion of 8th National Ayurveda Day. Theme of the competition was “Ayurveda for one health,”.  Students of CMCAH participated in this essay competition. Dr. Archana Kamble, Dr. Rinky, Dr Shradha coordinated this event. COER Medical college of Ayurveda and Hospital organized an essay competition and result declared on 2nd November 2023. Theme of the competition was “Nutrition Rich India, Empowered India and Educated India”.  Students of CMCAH participated in this essay competition. In today’s stressful life, heart diseases, Hypertension, Diabetes are commonly seen in day-to-day practice. To understand this disease, and necessary precautions a webinar was organized for the students of COER Medical College on 29th September 2023, On the occasion of World Heart Day. On September 6, 2023, a medical camp was organized in Village Barampur, Roorkee, by COER Hospital. The aim of this camp was to provide healthcare services to the residents of the village, especially those who may have limited access to medical facilities. The camp was staffed by a dedicated team of medical professionals, including Dr. Parul, Dr. Gajendra, Ms. Sarika, and Ms. Shaili Saini. 20 patients seek medical assistance.

On August 22, 2023, a successful blood donation camp was organized by COER Hospital at its premises. The event commenced at 9:30 AM and continued until 03:30 PM, aiming to collect blood donations for a noble cause. The event took place at the COER Hospital in [City Name], with the support of Maa Gange Blood Bank from Jagjeet Pur, Haridwar.

Charaka Jayanti Celebrated with Grandeur at Coer Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital

The Coer Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital came alive with festivities as it celebrated Charaka Jayanti on August 21, 2023. The event marked the birth anniversary of the legendary sage Charaka, who is considered one of the founding fathers of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine. The celebration was graced by the presence of two distinguished guests, renowned figures in the field of Ayurveda, Dr. V K Agnihotri and Dr. Aalok Sharma. Both guests were welcomed with traditional garlands and a warm reception by the college administration. The event commenced with a solemn prayer ceremony offered to Lord Charaka, seeking blessings for the advancement and well-being of the medical fraternity. The lighting of the ceremonial lamp was followed by inspiring speeches from the esteemed chief guests. Dr. V K Agnihotri emphasized the paramount importance of Charaka in the world of Ayurveda, highlighting his invaluable contributions to the field. He shed light on the significance of Charak Samhita, an ancient Ayurvedic text attributed to Charaka, and urged the attendees to delve deep into its teachings for a profound understanding of holistic healthcare practices. Dr. Aalok Sharma complemented Dr. Agnihotri’s address by elaborating on how Charaka’s principles are not just historical relics, but living wisdom that can still guide modern medical practices towards a more balanced and harmonious approach to health and wellness. Dr. Archana Kable, the principal of Coer Medical College, expressed her delight at hosting such a meaningful event and extended her gratitude to the distinguished guests for their insightful speeches. A free medical camp was organised by Department of Kayachikitsa , COER hospital in village MANUBAS on 26th July 2023 amid flood situations. Dr Nikita Nigal, Dr Gajendra, Mr Ankur were present in this camp.

FREE MEDICAL CAMP FOR KAWAR YATRI

The Kanwar Yatra, observed during the month of Sawan, is a significant religious pilgrimage in India where devotees (known as Kawariye) travel to holy places to collect water from sacred rivers. The journey involves arduous trekking, often on foot, carrying decorated water pots. Due to the massive congregation of Kawariye during this period, the risk of accidents, illnesses, and health-related challenges significantly increases. A Free medical camp was organized by COER Hospital FROM 04TH JULY 2023 TO 15 TH JULY 2023,  for kawariye. A team of experienced doctors, nurses, and medical staff were involved in running the camp efficiently. Approximately 14,0000 kawariye were  in the camp. 

Celebration of the 9th International Yoga Day at Coer Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital

The Celebration of 9th International Yoga Day celebration held at COER Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital. The event took place on 21st June 2023, with enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and staff members.
The event coordinators for this celebration were Dr. Mudit Chauhan, Assistant Professor of the Swasthavritta Eva Yoga Department, and Dr. Rajesh Vairagi, Yoga Instructor. Their dedication and efforts were instrumental in organizing a memorable and impactful event for all participants.
The yoga sessions were conducted by a team of highly skilled and experienced instructors, including Mr. Utpal Shukla Ji, an esteemed yoga practitioner from Patanjali Yogpeeth. Mr. Utpal Shukla Ji brought his extensive knowledge and expertise to the event, guiding participants through various yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
In addition to Mr. Utpal Shukla Ji, three other yoga instructors from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University were present at the event. These instructors played a crucial role in observing the participants’ yoga postures and providing guidance to ensure correct alignment and posture.

Successful Awareness Camp on "Nasha Mukta Uttarakhand evam Drug Free Devbhoomi Abhiyan

A highly successful awareness camp was organized by the COER Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital. The event, centered around the theme of “Nasha Mukta Uttarakhand evam Drug Free Devbhoomi Abhiyan,” took place on 16th June 2023 in the serene village of Maccharhedi.

Distinguished healthcare professionals, Dr. Nikita Nigal, Dr. Himani Bisht, Dr. Gajendra, and Mr. Uday Pal Ji, graced the event with their presence and expertise. Their participation added immense value to the camp and ensured its resounding success.

The day commenced with comprehensive routine medical check-ups conducted by our dedicated medical team. Attendees had the opportunity to receive personalized health assessments, enabling us to address potential health issues associated with drug abuse and create individualized awareness plans.

Following the medical check-up, our esteemed panel of experts engaged with the attendees through informative sessions on nasha mukti (drug addiction recovery) and the detrimental effects of drug abuse. Participants gained insights into the physical, psychological, and social consequences of drug addiction, fostering a collective commitment to building a drug-free society.

A free medical camp was organised by COER HOSPITAL in village Jorasi on 22th march 2023. 33 villagers registered themselves in the camp and took the benefit from it. Dr Nikita Nigal, senior Kaya chikitsak of COER Hospital, RMO Dr Prince , Nursing officer Ms Shalu were present in this camp.

FREE MEDICAL CHECK UP CAMP IN RAMNAGAR CIVIL COURT ROORKEE

A free health check up camp was organised by COER hospital in ramnagar civil court, roorkee on 20th march 2023. Dr Mudit Chauhan, Dr Prerna Arora, Mr Usman were present in the camp. 32 patients were registered in the camp.

A free medical camp was organised by COER hospital in village Majri on 16th March 2023. Dr Nikita Nigal, Dr Gajendra Saini, Nursing officer Ms Shaili saini were present in the camp.

VEDARAMBH- induction program for BAMS students batch 2022

A series of lectures, guest lecture, events, motivational lectures, educational tour , educational activities were conducted for the induction program of BAMS students of Batch 2022 starting from 14th March 2022.

FREE MEDICAL CAMP IN VILLAGE TODAKALYANPUR

COER Hospital organised a free medical camp for villagers of todakalyanpur on 10th march 2023. 35 patients were registered in the camp, Dr Shraddha Joshi, Dr Mudit Chauhan,  Dr Gajendra, Mr Uday Pal were present in this camp.

A  free medical camp was organised by COER Hospital in village Dalluwala on 6th March 2023. Total 41 patients were registered in the camp. Dr Jitendra Pandey (Shalya vibhag), Dr Imran (RMO), Ms Shalu Saini (Nursing officer) were present in this camp.

FREE MEDICAL CAMP IN KHATKA

A  free medical camp was organised by COER Hospital in village Khatka on 3rd March 2023. Total 18 patients were registered in the camp. Dr Vimal Kishor Sharma, Dr Prerna Arora (RMO), Mr Usman were present in this camp.

A  free medical camp was organised by COER Hospital in village Barampuri on 1st March 2023. Total 20 patients were registered in the camp. Dr Parul chauhan (consultant), Dr Prince Adhikari (RMO), Mr Priyansh (Nursing officer) were present in this camp.

A free medical camp was organised by coer hospital in village  on 24th february 2023. 33 patients were registered in the camp . Dr Nikita, Dr Prerna, Ms Shaili were present in the camp.

MEDICAL CAMP IN BHARAPUR BHORI

A free medical camp was organised by coer hospital in village bharapur bhori on 22nd february 2023. 13 patients were registered in the camp . Dr Prachi Patni, Dr Prerna Arora, Ms Shaili Saini were present in the camp.

GUEST LECTURE ON "CHILD IMMUNITY"

COER Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital organised a guest lecture on ” CHILD IMMUNITY” on 21st February 2023. Dr Rajat Goyal, MBBS, MD was the guest speaker for this session. He elaborated different types of immunity , different immunisation schedules followed in India, their merits and demerits and its importance.
BAMS students of CMCAH, Nursing and Paramedical students of CCNPS, all the faculty members attended this lecture.

MEDICAL CAMP IN VILLAGE DHANDHERI

A free medical camp was organised by COER Hospital in village Dhanderi on 20th february 2023. 34 patients were registered in the camp. Dr Jitendra Pandey, Dr Nikita Nigal, Dr Imran, Mrs Manju rani were present in the camp.

A free Medical camp was organised in village Bajuhedi on 15th february 2023 by COER Hospital. 20 patients were treated in the camp.  Dr Himani, Dr Prerna Arora, Mr Usman, Ms Pallavi, Mr Vikas were present in this camp.

MEDICAL CAMP IN VILLAGE BELDI , ROORKEE

A free medical camp was organized by COER Hospital on 8th February 2023 in village beldi . 31 patients were advised medicines, diet and life style changes by swasthavritta consultant Dr Mudit chahuhan. RMO Dr prerna  and Nursing Officer Mrs Manju were present in camp.

MEDICAL CAMP IN VILLAGE BELDA

COER Hospital organized a free medical camp in village Belda on 3rd February 2023. Dr Nikita, Dr Prerna, Mrs Manju were present in the camp. 33 patients were treated.

EDUCATIONAL TOUR TO KUSTHA ASHRAMS IN CHANDI GHAT

On 30th Januaryy 2023, to increase the public awareness of leprosy and increase the knowledge and understanding about this disease, BAMS students took an educational tour to three kushta ashrams in haridwar namely chidanand kustha ashram, shri mahant dayalpuri kustha ashram samiti and chandrashekhar azad kustha ashram. Dr Mudit Chauhan, Dr Jitendra Pandey and Dr Kush Pandey were with students during this visit.

GUEST LECTURE ON "Hansen's Disease"

Hansen’s disease (also known as leprosy) is an infection caused by slow-growing bacteria called Mycobacterium leprae.  Leprosy is surely a challenge for mankind and to understand this disease, a guest lecture was organised for the students of COER Medical College on 28th January 2023, 2 days before World Leprosy Day. Dr Ashwini Chauhan was the eminent speaker.

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

Basant Panchami Pujan evam Hawan in COER HOSPITAL

On 26th January, 2023, Basant Panchami Hawan and Poojan was held in COER Medical college of ayurveda and hospital. Respected Director Sir, Principal Mam, Faculties, Consultants, Hospital Staff and all the ayurveda students were present in this event.

National Girls Child Day

COER Medical college of Ayurveda and Hospital organised an essay competition on NATIONAL GIRLS CHILD DAY i.e.  on 24th January 2023. Theme of the competition was “FINANCIAL INDEPENDENT WOMAN IN TODAY’S ERA”.  Students of CMCAH, School of nursing and CCNPS participated in this essay competition. Mrs Nidhi Jindal , Dr Himani, Mrs Bhawna Sharma, Mrs Diksha, Mr Luv Kumar coordinated this event.

DHANVANTARI HAWAN

Weekly Dhanvantari Hawan was conducted on 5th january 2023 in COER Medical college of ayurveda and hospital. Principal Dr Archana Kamble and other doctors were present in hawan.
